MathStories.com is more than just a web site! They will "tailor" problems to meet your state's essential learning's or give you practice for your statewide assessment.

In Bremerton School District, we use the open-database problems from MathStories.com for a daily warm-up. MathStories.com has provided open-ended/critical -thinking questions for more in-depth work that involves higher level thinking skills. We use the more difficult problems to practice for our state assessment. The kids enjoy the themes and seeing their own names in the problems. I would recommend MathStories.com to any district that was looking at a problem solving supplement to their curriculum.
