I am a third grade teacher at Alvin Primary in Alvin, Texas. Texas administers TAKs test to students starting in grade 3 in order to assess the effectiveness of the years' teachings. I have been using MathStories.com for quite some time now, but this year I have been suggesting it to other teachers to use in their classrooms as I do. Our school went from a rating of "Recognized" to "Exemplary" (meaning more students passed), and I truly believe that MathStories.com had quite a lot to do with it.
